You probably already know this because you’ve either been some lately, or you are going to be some soon. Somehow we’ve had a lot of people round to the house in the last week (two, three, four) or so. This is good. It keep Karin sane. Thanks for all your assistance. Last night Derek, Shannon, and Little Lulu spent some time over and we subjected Shannon to an episode of X-Play. Her mind is no longer innocent.

For those who didn’t notice, I spent a little free time importing all the old “lost.in.vancouver” entries into this blog. I figure, well, initially they were independent, and I wanted them to be distinct. But it never really happened. They were only ever distinguished by physical location. But that’s stupid, so i amalgamated them, and now, yeah. Nearly a thousand entries and five years of history are available from this very site.

I’ve got back into the gym routine, having adopted a schedule that actually seems to work. So, yeah. For my own reasons:
Tuesday’s Routine:
Eliptical Trainer: 10 minutes warmup.
Treadmill: 15 minutes, 1.5 miles, moderately fast.
Weights: Upperbody, triple sets.
