How long to LuLu?
It’s a bit of a mystery, I guess. But the inevitability of it is haunting: in less than a month, I’m going to be an uncle. (Oh, and my brother is gonna be a papa!) Oddly enough there has been little news from the Calgary front. I suggest teh future parents initiate, and feel free to comment with your own, one or more of the following:
1) Pick-the-date Pool: Toonie bets are on. Print yourself off a calendar and sign up folks with a date. Winner(s) split the cash.
2) Baby Blog: There’s gonna be some looooooooooong nights, bro. Why not share your pain. Plus, think how much fun it will be to flash some of those clips up on a screen at a wedding in 25 years.
3) Webcam: Same reason as above, but with AUDIO!
4) Guess the Name: You’re keeping it all hush-hush. Why not set up a bet-site: slowly release cryptic clues until the big reveal. No sure answers until LuLu arrives, but the winner will revel in the glory of pre-natal knowledge!
What kind of news do you want!?? I am still pregnant, the baby’s room is done, and that is about all that is new/old on the baby front. Derek painted our room, but that has nothing to do with the baby! As for a webcam — not going to happen! Guess the name — lame! Baby birth date pool — I put you in charge of that! Baby blog — we will have to wait and see how her typing skills are.

Hey, I know I would like to be in the loop without actually having to get up for those 4am feedings — I think a baby blog would be fun! But that’s just my humble opinion! And I’m not the one that would have to do it…… wow it is sounding better all the time!!! hahaha! On the other suggestions: I’d be up for a birthday pool!!!
