Regular readers know I’m always tweaking and tuning this blog. I’ve been doing just that for the last couple evenings, making use of the WordPress “post format” features and creating some new post styles to complement my recent, regular long-format articles. For example, this is an “aside” which will be a short post, the entire contents of which will show up in the headline thread. It still has a page (which you can get to by clicking on the title) so that if you are just-so-inclined you can still comment. But you won’t need to click in just to read the full post. I’m thinking it will be great for short thoughts and (hopefully) more frequent updates. There are a couple more “formats” that I’ll introduce as the opportunity arises. Comment and let me know what you think!
