I’ve been pondering some of these kinds of questions for a while. The “something you want to taste” question stumped me for a bit… until I recalled that in my short life I’ve already come across lots of eclectic people who have focused on honing their palettes towards one particular food or beverage. I know a ton of wine-ohs, a few beer-experts, and — having working in the agriculture industry for a short while — met a few people who knew everything there was to know about growing, preparing, and eating one very particular thing, such as potatoes or goose eggs.
